A portable kit of Claude Code plugins: an orchestration core plus per-stack packs and scenario flows, parameterised by a per-repo profile — enforceable architecture standards for codebases that have none.
A core pack supplies the shared machinery — planner, reviewer and auditor agents, findings triage, a second-brain logging convention — while per-stack packs (Clean Architecture .NET, Vertical Slice .NET, frontend TypeScript, homelab ops) encode each architecture's rules as read-only guardian agents plus correct-by-construction scaffolders.
The same kit drops into a greenfield repo or a messy brownfield codebase and starts enforcing the target architecture either way.
